The Leadership Development Team plans the annual Pamplin Student Leadership Conference. We urge you to apply to be a part of this team in order to build your leadership skills and continue the conference's success! To give you an idea of what to expect if you join LDT, we hold weekly meetings that last about an hour and being on the team is a year-long commitment. Therefore, you must be in Blacksburg for both the Spring 2012 and Fall 2012 semesters to be a member. The level of week-to-week involvement depends greatly on the time of year and the committee/leadership role you are involved in. Note: It is NOT required to attend this year's conference to be eligible to join the Leadership Development Team.
