Materials Committee

Materials Committee Responsibilities:

-Assist publicity in creating visual advertising items.
-Develop and distribute all conference materials (nametags, resume books, conference books, student's folders, etc.)
-Develop conference application.

Graphic Artist Responsibilities:
-In charge of creating a logo design and layout that represents the team for the conference
-Design tablecards and flyers for advertisements and must design and put together the conference booklet to be distributed at the conference
-Assists the Materials and Publicity committees with any further designs needed for advertising or the conference materials.

Webmaster Responsibilities:
-Responsible for designing, maintaining, and updating this website using HTML and Javascript. -Works closely with the Publicity Committee, and takes information from all committees to be placed on the site for the public to see.
