Altria’s leadership workshop will be an interactive exploration of Altria’s Leadership Model. First, Altria
representatives will begin with a high-level presentation of the leadership model and the tools used to support
the model. Then, students will work as a team to complete an activity that will allow them to leverage Altria’s
leadership model and understand the importance of leadership at Altria.

teamwork, the definition of emotional intelligence, and why being aware of the components of EI is important

KPMG representatives will be presenting a workshop on the importance of ethics in today's world. Students
will engage in a workshop where they will analyze ethical dilemmas and factors that can lead to unethical
decisions.
